HOW LONG DOES A REBUILD TYPICALLY TAKE?
Most carry-out rebuilds are on the shelf for an exchange. If its not in stock, typically we can have them done in 3-4 business days. Full installation services typically require the vehicle for 2-3 business days.
DO YOU OFFER WARRANTIES ON PERFORMANCE UPGRADES?
Yes. All our rebuilds, including those with Sonnax and TransGo upgrades, come with a 12-month unlimited mile warranty for carry-outs and an 18-month unlimited mile warranty for full installations.

TRANSMISSION INSIGHTS
Worn-off clutch lining on the converter clutch is one of the main causes of transmission failure.
Here is the rear planetary on a 6l80 with the factory lube dam removed. When converter failure happens, these load up with metal and restrict needed lubrication. Most shops do not replace these.
Every valve body is fully disassembled, hot tank cleaned, rebuilt, and vac tested to ensure proper function
This rigorous process eliminates hydraulic leaks and ensures that every shift is crisp and precisely timed. By restoring vacuum integrity, we prevent common pressure issues that lead to premature clutch wear and transmission failure.
